Stories Time publishes storytelling content for entertainment and reflection. This policy describes the standards we aim to follow when preparing and presenting that content.
Storytelling and Factual Reporting
Unless explicitly identified as factual and supported by sources, stories on StoriTimes should be understood as fiction.
Realistic dialogue, locations, occupations, or situations do not establish that a story describes an actual event.
When we publish factual material, we aim to distinguish it from fiction and identify relevant sources.
Clarity and Consistency
We aim to use clear language and readable formatting. We review stories for consistency in character names, relationships, timelines, and important details.
Titles, excerpts, and illustrations should relate to the content they introduce.
Originality and Attribution
We aim to publish material we have created, have permission to use, or can otherwise lawfully publish. Where attribution is appropriate, we aim to provide it.
Readers and rights holders can report concerns through our Contact Us page.
Digital and AI-Assisted Tools
Where digital or AI-assisted tools are used in preparing text or images, the resulting material remains subject to editorial review.
An illustrative or AI-generated image should not be treated as photographic evidence of an actual person or event.
Sensitive Themes
Stories may explore difficult experiences, including loss, betrayal, discrimination, or family mistreatment.
Depicting these subjects does not mean that StoriTimes supports the behavior portrayed. Fictional outcomes should not be treated as instructions for handling real emergencies or disputes.
Corrections and Updates
We may revise content to correct errors, improve clarity, address rights concerns, or resolve inconsistencies.
Material corrections to factual content should be identified where appropriate.
To request a review, send the page URL and an explanation through our Contact Us page.
Advertising and Commercial Content
Paid placements and sponsored material, when published, should be distinguishable from ordinary editorial content.
The appearance of an advertisement does not establish that StoriTimes has independently verified or endorsed the advertiser’s claims.
